Constellation method

The most effective and accessible way to apply the method is through group work, which includes the client (seeking to resolve their issue), substitute representatives, and observers.

The client selects representatives for their specific problem. Once the representatives enter the action field, they begin to move and feel as the individuals related to the client’s issue do. It is crucial to give due consideration to everything (the person, emotion, situation) that was previously excluded.

Another important aspect is that the beneficiaries are not only the clients addressing their issues but also the representatives, as they resolve their own questions through the client’s issue, while the observers 'hold' the space. This method is effective and transformative, with constellation sessions typically lasting between 1 to 1.5 hours (though this duration is not fixed).

The dates for group constellations can be found on Facebook at Dvēseles ceļš/Sielos kelias. For individual constellations, please sign up privately.

Combining this with the previous text, the method was founded by Bert Hellinger and draws on various psychotherapeutic insights and techniques, along with spiritual practices such as Gestalt therapy, Moreno psychodrama, and systemic therapy.

It addresses a wide array of issues, including health, relationships, workplace challenges, phobias, destructive behaviours, and existential questions. The systemic constellation method reveals the influence of family and ancestral generations on a person, helping to restore the natural flow of love and energy.

The family operates as a vast system with accumulated knowledge and behavioral patterns spanning generations, where every member has an important role.
